Our Process

With a strong legacy in flour milling, our focus is always on quality, innovation and efficiency. To ensure excellence at Aayog Agro, we use the finest Swiss machinery from Buhler AG – market leaders in flour milling technology.

Initial product: Wheat

STEP 1: Intake of Grains & Pre-Cleaning

The cleaning of wheat is essential to ensure quality of the final product. After intake, grains are passed through a comprehensive pre-cleaning section to remove impurities. Not only does this improve the final yield and quality, it also enables efficient output further down the production line.

STEP 2: Cleaning & Conditioning of Grains

An extensive wheat cleaning section, employing the various principles of separation (i.e. size, shape, density, weight, colour etc.) is crucial for efficient milling. Completely automated machines work in conjunction with each other to identify and remove impurities.

STEP 3: Blending

Different varieties of wheat, each with its own characteristics, are carefully sourced. After the cleaning of grains, they are then blended in pre-defined proportions for the production of premium quality flours and semolina.

STEP 4: Milling

The cleaned wheat blend is passed through a series of rolls and sifters. Cutting-edge Swiss technology enables us to produce high-quality, consistent final products. For whole-wheat Chakki Atta, select wheat kernels are ground in traditional chakki stones.

STEP 5: Packing

Our final products are packed in premium quality bags using fully automated bagging machines. For our retail products, we use automatic form fill machines. Superior packaging and storage methods are employed to ensure the freshest and purest products reach our customers.
